Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling Tour

Start your morning on the water with a dolphin watching and snorkeling tour from Sinquerim Jetty. This 2-hour boat experience takes you along the North Goa coastline near Sinquerim, Candolim and Aguada, an area commonly known for dolphin-spotting boat trips and coastal views.

You’ll board a covered fishing boat at Sinquerim Jetty and head out into the bay with the captain and crew. The morning slot gives you the best chance of calmer water, lighter boat traffic and better dolphin spotting conditions. The captain looks for natural dolphin activity such as fins, spray and movement on the surface while maintaining a safe, regulated viewing distance.

Most sightings are of wild dolphins moving through their natural coastal habitat. Because this is a wildlife experience, sightings cannot be guaranteed, but the Sinquerim and Aguada belt is one of North Goa’s well-known dolphin-watching areas. Online travel guides also describe dolphin spotting as especially popular around Sinquerim Beach and Fort Aguada.  

If the sea is calm, the boat anchors near a shallow reef or sheltered area around Aguada Bay for a short snorkeling session. Mask, fins, snorkel and life jacket are provided, and an instructor stays in the water to guide guests. Expect simple coastal snorkeling with small reef fish and clear-water moments when conditions allow, rather than a deep-sea diving experience.

The tour includes bottled water, a snack box and captain commentary during the ride. It is suitable for families, couples, wildlife lovers and first-time visitors who want a relaxed morning on the sea. Snorkeling is always subject to sea conditions, and may be cancelled or replaced with extra boat time if the water is rough.
